These terms describe the proposed service offered by Vire eCommerce LLC under the Check China Supplier name. During this pre-launch preview, only test inquiries are accepted; paid services are not active.
What we provide
We provide desk-based research on Chinese business entities and an English report within an agreed scope. Company Check covers company identification, registration details and business scope. Supplier Verification adds a review of supplied documents and website consistency. Neither includes an on-site audit, product inspection, bank ownership verification, legal opinion, or credit rating.
Entity matching and acceptance
An inquiry is not an accepted order. We confirm the target company and available scope before requesting payment. If a match is uncertain, we ask for further details rather than select a company without your confirmation.
Prices and payment
Company Check is USD 49 per entity. Supplier Verification is USD 149 per entity. These are one-time service fees. Any applicable taxes or additional charges are disclosed before payment. Additional work requires separate agreement. No card details should be sent by email or through the inquiry form. Payments are not enabled in this preview.
Delivery
Delivery is by an English digital report. The target is 1 business day for Company Check and 2 business days for Supplier Verification, starting after payment and receipt of complete information. Business days exclude weekends and mainland China public holidays. We notify you of material delays and discuss next steps.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and only share material you are authorized to disclose. Do not upload or send unnecessary personal data, card details or confidential information. You remain responsible for your supplier selection, contracts, payments, and commercial decisions.
Limitations of research
Records can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Findings describe information reviewed at a particular time. Registration or a matched entity is not a guarantee of honesty, solvency, capacity, product quality, or delivery. Unavailable information and unresolved questions are identified in the report.
Use of reports
You may use your report internally and share it with your professional advisers for the relevant sourcing decision. Do not misrepresent it as a government certificate, endorsement, or assurance that a supplier is safe.
Corrections, cancellation and mandatory rights
Please raise factual concerns so we can review and, where appropriate, correct the report. Cancellation and refunds are addressed in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

The operator is Vire eCommerce LLC, with research operations at Room 513, 5th Floor, Building 1, Fengsheng Shanghui, No. 119 Ruanjian Avenue, Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. The planned support address is support@checkchinasupplier.com; it is not yet active during this pre-launch preview.
