This notice explains what the current pre-launch preview collects and how it is used. The operator is Vire eCommerce LLC, trading as Check China Supplier.
Information in the inquiry form
The form collects your name, email, optional company name, supplier name, optional website and question, chosen service, and acknowledgment of these policies. During the preview, please use fictional test information. Do not provide passports, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential documents.
Why information is used
Inquiry information is used to record and review the request, identify the proposed company, and assess the scope of a possible check. It is not used to create a paid order automatically. We do not sell inquiry data or add you to marketing lists through this form.
Storage and access
Test inquiries are stored in a database accessible to the site operator. The checkchinasupplier.com website is hosted on an Alibaba Cloud server in the United States. The separate private demonstration site uses Sites with Cloudflare-backed processing. Hosting providers may process technical logs such as IP addresses and request metadata for service operation and security. No email notification is currently sent by the form.
International handling
The operator is a US company and the research operation is in China. Hosting infrastructure may process information in other countries. A production privacy notice and any required safeguards must be finalized before this preview is opened for real customer inquiries.
Retention and deletion
Test records are retained for evaluation of the inquiry flow and should be deleted before accepting real customer inquiries. No automated deletion schedule is active in this preview. The public service retention schedule and functioning privacy contact will be published before real customer collection begins.
Cookies and payment data
The application does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The separate private demonstration hosting service may use authentication or security cookies to control access. No payment processing is active and the form does not request card data.
Questions and rights requests
The planned privacy contact is support@checkchinasupplier.com, which is not yet active. For this reason, the pre-launch preview should only be tested with fictional information. Before accepting real customer inquiries, this contact must be activated for access, correction, deletion, and other applicable privacy requests.
