This notice explains how we handle information submitted through checkchinasupplier.com and related service correspondence. The operator is Vire eCommerce LLC, trading as Check China Supplier.
Information in the inquiry form
The form collects your name, email, optional company name, supplier name, optional website and question, chosen service, and acknowledgment of these policies. We also receive information you send in related email correspondence. Do not provide passports, payment card details, unnecessary personal information, or documents you are not authorized to share.
Why information is used
Inquiry information is used to record and review the request, identify the proposed company, and assess the scope of a possible check. It is not used to create a paid order automatically. We do not sell inquiry data or add you to marketing lists through this form.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in our website database on an Alibaba Cloud server in the United States. After an inquiry is saved, the website sends its details to our support inbox through Zoho Mail so our team can respond. Alibaba Cloud and Zoho process information to provide hosting and email services. Technical logs may include IP addresses and request metadata for operation and security. Access is limited to the operator and service providers as needed to deliver these functions.
International handling
The operator is a US company, the website is hosted in the United States, and our research team accesses inquiries from China. Our email provider may process information in other countries where it operates. Applicable privacy protections can differ between these locations. Retention and deletion
We retain inquiry and correspondence records as needed to respond, provide agreed services, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on whether an inquiry leads to an order and whether an unresolved issue or required record remains. You may request deletion at support@checkchinasupplier.com; we review requests manually and explain any records we must retain.
Cookies and payment data
The website does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The inquiry form does not collect payment card data or process payments. If payment is arranged later through a payment provider, its handling of payment information is described at that payment step.
