Cancellation & refunds

This is the proposed refund policy for the paid service. No payment is collected during the current pre-launch preview.
Before payment
You may withdraw an inquiry without charge. We do not request payment until the company and scope are confirmed.
Before research begins
If you cancel after payment but before research starts, the service fee is refundable in full. Contact us with your order reference as soon as possible.
If we cannot complete the agreed service
If we cannot identify the agreed entity or deliver the agreed core report, we offer a full service-fee refund or an alternative scope only with your agreement. We do not substitute a different company without approval.
After research begins
For a cancellation after work begins, we explain the completed work and any proposed deduction before settling a refund. A request is reviewed individually; there is no automatic claim that every fee is non-refundable. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, take precedence.
After delivery
An unfavorable supplier finding does not by itself make a report defective. If the report contains a factual error or materially fails to cover the agreed scope, contact us so we can review it and offer correction, completion, or an appropriate refund.
Delays
If the delivery commitment cannot be met, we notify you and discuss a revised deadline or cancellation. We do not silently extend the delivery period.
How to request a refund
When the paid service launches, email support@checkchinasupplier.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. This mailbox and paid orders are not yet active. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method; the payment provider and bank determine the posting time.
